Blue Lagoon & Shipwreck
The Blue Lagoon is a breathtaking natural phenomenon located between the small islands of Krknjaši and the mainland, just a short boat ride from the island of Šolta. Famous for its shimmering, aquamarine waters, the Blue Lagoon is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxation.
The Water’s Unique Color: The lagoon’s crystal-clear water takes on a brilliant blue hue, especially in the summer months when sunlight reflects off the seabed. This is due to the shallow waters and the white sandy seabed, which creates an almost ethereal effect, making it one of the most picturesque places along the Dalmatian coast.
Blue Lagoon & Solta Island
A visit to the Blue Lagoon and Šolta Island offers the perfect combination of stunning natural beauty, outdoor activities, and authentic island experiences. Whether you’re exploring the tranquil waters of the Blue Lagoon, discovering hidden beaches on Šolta, or immersing yourself in the island’s peaceful charm, both destinations offer an unforgettable escape in the heart of the Adriatic. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, this duo is an ideal spot for a day trip or a peaceful getaway.
Ideal for Swimming and Snorkeling: The shallow waters are warm and inviting, making the Blue Lagoon an excellent spot for swimming and snorkeling. With its calm, clear waters, it’s easy to see the underwater world of fish and marine life. You can also take a boat ride around the lagoon to fully appreciate its stunning beauty.
